By creating an account, accessing, or using the FinnScreen platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
FinnScreen is a cloud-based digital signage platform operated by Creative Media by ST (Y-tunnus 3318632-3), a company registered in Helsinki, Finland ("we", "us", "FinnScreen").
The Service allows users to create, manage, schedule, and publish digital content to compatible display devices. Features include a drag-and-drop content designer, scheduling tools, cloud-based content management, and real-time device monitoring.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
To use FinnScreen you must register an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered by automated means are prohibited.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use FinnScreen to publish, distribute, or display content that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to FinnScreen ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant FinnScreen a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The FinnScreen platform, software, templates, brand assets, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Creative Media by ST. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary software outside the scope of normal Service use.
FinnScreen offers monthly subscription plans. Prices are displayed at finnscreen.fi/#pricing and are exclusive of VAT. Finnish VAT (currently 25.5%) is added at checkout where applicable.
For Enterprise customers, invoice-based billing is available. Contact hello@finnscreen.fi to arrange this.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period:
One free trial per person and per organisation. We reserve the right to terminate trials that appear to be abused.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
On termination, your content will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request an export of your content before deletion.
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime and will notify subscribers of planned maintenance in advance. However, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its described functions.
To the extent permitted by Finnish law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Finnish law, Creative Media by ST shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance.
Consumer customers in Finland also have the right to bring complaints before the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address on your account) and by displaying a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
